【Reminder】End-of-Term Teaching Feedback is now available online.

各位同學，您好：

每學期末教務處都會舉辦教師教學意見反應調查，藉此了解同學對老師教學的意見，以期提升教師教學品質。同時為免同學急於選課，未有充足時間填寫教師教學意見反應調查，因此即日起開放系統，希望同學提前上網仔細填寫，忠實反應您對每一門課的想法。

教學發展中心提醒您：
1.預選114學年度第一學期第一階段課程時，系統僅判讀全體學生的選課資料，而『非』隨選即上，同學無須擔心選課時間的先後會影響選課的結果，大家都有機會選上想修的課程，請放心填寫問卷。

2.提醒您，請以認真的態度填寫，並注意網路禮儀，若有涉及毀謗或謾罵之字眼請自負法律責任。

最後，再次謝謝您用心填答問卷，並預祝您學期考試順利。

教學意見反應調查開放時間：即日起至(6月1日)系統全日開放

如何填寫：本校首頁進入e校園服務網→輸入帳號、密碼→點選「期末教學意見反應質性回應」或「教學意見反應及選課系統」→勾選意見→存入系統→系統以不記名方式存入資料庫。操作說明請參見附件。

Dear Students,

In every end of the semester, Office of Academic Affairs organizes the End-of-Term Teaching Feedback survey in order to understand students’ opinions toward the instructors of the courses. This will help improve the teaching quality of the instructors. The system is available online from now so that you can have enough time to address your opinions and suggestions.

Teaching Development Center reminds you:
1. The pre-selection of the courses for the first semester of 114 academic year only acknowledges that you are interested in taking the courses. It does not guarantee your registration of the course. Please do not worry about the chronological order of the selection of the courses. Everyone has the opportunity to select the courses they are interested. Please fill out the survey without worrying about the pre-selection.

2. Reminder: Please answer all the questions. You are legally responsible for defamation or using invective words in this questionnaire.

When: starting from May 20 to June 1

Operating Instruction：Click e-Campus Information System on the Homepage of the University
→ Enter your account number and password and click “confirm”
→ Click “End-of-Term Teaching Feedback” or “End-of-Term Teaching Feedback and Course Selection System”
→ Check the item for your evaluation
→ Click “Next step” on the System
→ the system will store your opinions anonymously.
